The FDA recently approved Taclonex Scalp, a new formulation of Taclonex designed for the scalp. Although Talconex ointment has been out for about two years, it was rather messy for scalp use being in a greasy ointment base. The new formulation provides a scalp-friendly liquid vehicle for the medication.
